How it Works

To keep our individual guest rates as low as possible for your group, our pricing is broken into two simple parts:

  • The Creative Booking Fee: A $150 non-refundable fee that secures your date and allows us to prepare everything behind the scenes. This includes event planning, travel, materials coordination, and dedicated staff for your gathering.

  • The Guest Rate: By separating the booking fee, we’re able to keep our per-person rate lower. Each guest is just $35, which is below the typical industry rate. This means you’re only paying for the people who actually attend, no more and no less.

Booking your private event is simple!

Step 1: Contact us to check availability for your event.

Step 2: Submit your $150 Booking Fee using this page within 24 hours of our call to secure your date!

Step 3: We’ll check in with you two days before your event to confirm your final guest count with an invoice. Your remaining balance, calculated at $35 per guest, is due two days before your event. This allows us to prepare every canvas and detail with care, so everything is ready when you arrive.

We can only hold a date for 24 hours - please complete your checkout as soon as possible :)
